The individual approach of the trainers is complemented by popular group classes. After a workout, it is possible to use the services of a masseur or jump into the sauna world.

Studio aeva is a modern, specialized pilates studio focusing on quality, conscious exercise in a pleasant atmosphere with a health focus. Clients can exercise on apparatus pilates machines (Reformer, Chair, Tower and other machines) as well as on the mat.

BodyBody training is a revolutionary concept in fitness. The workout is based on the method of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), which acts on the body much more effectively than traditional training methods and thus significantly increases and deepens the effectiveness of the exercise - the whole body (up to 90% of the muscles) is trained within 20 minutes.

The fitness centre is located on the 2nd floor of the Krakow Shopping Centre. It offers a well-equipped cardio zone and a number of Matrix fitness machines that will satisfy any fitness enthusiast. It also includes a solarium and body composition measurement on InBody equipment.

Private indoor gym. We do individual, semi-private, group training for up to 8 people and athlete training. We base everything on as much individual contact as possible in a comfortable environment.

We are a fitness center with a gym and cardio room equipped with StarTrac machines. We offer functional training, aerobics, TRX, yoga - classes, classes with a trainer and children's exercise classes. In our premises you will also find two modern solariums along with a VacuShape machine.

Fitness area of 900 m². There are high-quality Precor machines, a spacious cardio area, a Finnish sauna, which is free of charge as part of the fitness visit, and a solarium.
