The new gym has a modern and homely interior with carefully selected Hammer Strength machines. There are many stations on three floors, dumbbells, discs, cardio machines and top of the line axes. We'd be happy to walk you through the entire gym, advise you on machines, technique, or diet!

The two-week rotation was born out of practice, not theory. It was created by Vladimír Prokop, a trainer who, after a serious injury to his right arm, decided that returning to movement was not a matter of luck, but of system. He didn't want to accept the limits set by others. He began to look for a path - a functional, long-term one.

We teach exercises from the very basics. We take care of correct breathing stereotype, ranges of motion, correct movement pattern. As you learn the movement, we load it. What you learn in our gym will stay with you permanently. And most importantly, everything is guaranteed to be used in real life outside the gym.

We are a private, state of the art strength and conditioning centre. We distance ourselves from large commercial centres, so you will find maximum privacy and a unique atmosphere with us. A trainer is dedicated to you throughout your workout and our center is only available for you at this time.
