The area is accessible from the villages of Loučná nad Desnou and Nové Losiny. There are four downhill runs served by a four-seater chairlift and two lifts. Roubenka is located in the area of the Protected Landscape Area Jeseníky near the famous pumping hydroelectric power plant Dlouhé stráně.
