Focuses on leisure sports activities in orienteering, cross-country skiing, mountain biking and also ultra trail. Membership base includes approximately 60 members ranging from students to youth to active veterans. Members of the club participate in a wide range of races in the Czech Republic and abroad.

We provide sports activities. We offer football, softball, netball, volleyball and tennis including recreational sports. We also have a new multi-field with artificial turf and lighting.

Running a sports club with courses provided. We offer kickbox aerobics, P-class, fitness, bodybuilding, circuit training and outdoor fitness. We train in the town hall and in the gymnasium of the primary school Rychnov u Jablonce nad Nisou. In the winter season we organize ski and snowboard courses.

Operation of the orienteering section.

We offer judo lessons for boys and girls from 4 years old. We organize competitions, training sessions, camps and judo demonstrations. We provide judo classes in elementary schools.

Operation of a cycling club. We deal with first aid, road safety, issues of organizing races and events.
