We operate a gallery with an exhibition of the work of Otto Herbert Hajek.

The Museum of Broumov Region was founded in 1945 as a centre for the patrimonial work of the then Broumov district. Since 1980, it has been housed on the 1st floor of the Abbey wing of the Benedictine monastery, where a permanent exhibition called "History of Broumov and Broumov Region" was installed ten years later.

In good weather and during regular opening hours, we offer a tour of the ruins of the rock castle built in the middle of the 13th century as a nobleman's residence. The museum organizes short-term and seasonal exhibitions from its own and loaned collection items. Exhibitions of paintings, photographs and graphics are held in the museum gallery, and exhibition openings and concerts are held in the former chapel of St. John of Nepomuk. Permanent exhibitions are devoted to the history of Chrastecko.
