Recreation Services manages the city's recreation and sports facilities. They provide year-round, regular recreational and sporting activities for residents and visitors to the city. By operating a swim school, aquatic park, sauna, RIO Sports Center, ice rink and skate park.

The hall is used for physical education classes for pupils of the Černošice Primary School and as a venue for sports activities and sporting events, competitions and tournaments or other social events.
