The present school was opened in 1871. Side wings were added in 1886. The whole school grounds have been gradually renovated. It includes a multi-purpose sports field, the Bohemian Switzerland visitor area with an outdoor classroom, school canteen and day care facilities.

Kindergarten for 40 children with dining room. During the day, there are extracurricular activities for children. There is a school garden with a set of climbing frames. We organize children's events.

Offering art, ceramics, transportation, singing and country clubs including floorball, speech therapy, majorettes and cheerleading. We publish a school magazine. We organise sports competitions, children's events and trips.
