I am involved in Pilates health exercises and massage. I offer Hawaiian, Thai bodywork, lymphatic, classical, sports and reflexology foot massages. I provide kinesiology taping.

YogaTree is a place where body, mind and heart connect. I offer full body, and body part massages. My massages primarily move the body and calm the mind. I provide a yoga practice both individually, in workshops, and in regular group classes. You can find out more on the web.

In addition to a modern physiofitness facility, we offer various types of group classes, massages, nutritional counselling and psychomotor development counselling for babies. Our centre includes a children's playroom with babysitting. The first entrance to the fitness centre and the children's corner is free of charge. The centre includes its own parking lot.
