I offer group pilates classes. I specialize in conducting classes for companies directly at their headquarters. I offer either individual classes that are tailored to the needs and capabilities of the individual, or corporate classes that are group based and delivered during the work day on-site.

We operate a fitness centre for demanding experienced exercisers and beginners. The gym is divided into a cardio zone and the gym itself. It is also possible to attend classes such as aerobics, fitbox and many others. We offer hall rental for table tennis or other sports activities.

I am the founder of the aura cleansing method in the Czech Republic. I help to induce inner peace, release emotional traumas through kundalini technique and create natural protection against toxic people and influences using my Aura method.
