We are a team of experienced coaches who help people improve their physical fitness through CrossFit. We offer quality workouts that develop strength, endurance and agility. Our gym is a friendly meeting place where successes and failures are shared and lasting friendships are built.

We've expanded the space, so we've added a "classic" Fitness zone to the chill zone, functional zone, weight room and CrossFit zone! The total area is over 1000 m2. We also do: EMSlim, InBody, Nutritional Consulting & Diagnostics Coaching School under msmt!

We operate a pilates and yoga studio. We teach pilates based on the methodology of the American school Balanced Body University. We offer a dynamic, team training bootcamp, personal trainer services, we design training programs.

Our studio focuses on physio pilates, correcting faulty movement patterns, working with the pelvic floor, back pain and the entire musculoskeletal system. There is a connection to massage that you can intersperse. A selection of classes on our website.

Movement that makes sense. Group and individual classes that respect the body, without pressure to perform. Pilates, yoga, the SM System, aerobics, dance, as well as children’s classes and ballet for the youngest kids in Pohořelice. The goal is healthy posture, a strong core, and the joy of movement at every age.
