We offer a unique combination of physiotherapy and yoga through our classes and online courses. We focus on prevention and health improvement, especially back pain relief. Our methods include traditional yoga techniques, breathing exercises and relaxation.

If your back hurts, you need to stretch, or you are an active senior, health exercises are right for you. I use elements of yoga, pilates, conditioning and a variety of exercise equipment in my classes. I am very happy to welcome adherents of the traditional yoga path to my regular Kundalini Yoga classes.
