Bonpilates reformer studio is a place where physical strength meets inner peace. We offer a wide range of classes that are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our experienced instructors focus on a personalized approach to help clients achieve their personal goals.

Open yoga classes and courses, one-time workshops, qigong, and meditation sessions. We guide beginners through their practice and teach both traditional Hatha and dynamic Vinyasa yoga—yoga for a healthy body and a calm mind, for a healthy back, as well as yoga for pregnant women and seniors. We offer classes in person at the studio and online.
