We offer professional Nordic Walking courses with certified instructors and at affordable prices. Nordic Walking engages more than 90% of the muscles in the body, including upper body muscles that are not used as much during normal walking. Regular Nordic Walking improves the function of the heart and circulatory system.

I have been working as a personal fitness trainer since 2016. I lead personal training and group classes. I specialize in developmental kinesiology in exercise functional training and stretching unlearning faulty p. stereotypes. If you have a problem with weight, knees, back or want to get fit, you can get in touch. You pay for quality.
