I offer group pilates classes. I specialize in conducting classes for companies directly at their headquarters. I offer either individual classes that are tailored to the needs and capabilities of the individual, or corporate classes that are group based and delivered during the work day on-site.

We operate a sports centre. There are 4 sports halls (alpinning, spinning, yoga, pilates, bosu and many other classes). Free WI-FI connection is available in the whole area.
