I am an instructor of the Smisek Method, a rehabilitation trainer and a massage therapist. I focus on chronic back problems, disc herniations and scoliosis of the spine. I work in Roudnice nad Labem and my goal is to help people to eliminate or at least reduce back pain.

At our centre we offer a wide range of group classes and an individual approach to training. We focus on quality exercise, body diagnosis and expert advice. Our programs promote healthy lifestyles and education for children and adults alike.
