We offer group classes with a maximum of 5 people, where the trainer thoroughly checks the correct execution of exercises. We also provide personal training and children's classes. My name is Lukáš Klesal and I am a Chinese health practitioner of Qigong or chi kung. I teach the Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong style, which can be briefly described as follows: Stretch the body and lead the qi to enhance health and maintain quality of life.

School of martial arts provides real self-defense and practical martial arts Wing Chun, Qi kung and meditation. What I offer: group classes for parents and teens, programs for executives and entrepreneurs, individual and group classes. Private setting with free parking.

Parkour rings for beginners and advanced! We pay attention to proper training of children, emphasis on safety and newly learned elements, we develop movement creativity, competitions, games, we lead children to the right values (courtesy, respect, friendship).
