We are a community and dance studio. We focus on pole dance classes for adults and children, yoga classes, stretching, weight training, chair dance and children's fun dance. In addition to dance classes, we also host public clothing and accessory bazaars. Our goal is to create a welcoming and active place.

We operate a modern fitness center offering a gym and group classes such as spinning, circuit training, TRX or power yoga. It focuses on improving fitness, burning calories and a pleasant atmosphere while exercising for beginners and advanced exercisers.

Parkour rings for beginners and advanced! We pay attention to proper training of children, emphasis on safety and newly learned elements, we develop movement creativity, competitions, games, we lead children to the right values (courtesy, respect, friendship).

Our fitness center focuses on healthy exercise with elements of developmental kinesiology. We offer group classes with a maximum of 5 people, where the trainer thoroughly checks the correct execution of exercises. We also provide personal training and children's classes. Form Factory is a modern fitness and gym for everyone. We offer workouts on modern machines and equipment for strength and cardio training, a functional zone, a wide range of group classes including Les Mills and professional facilities for healthy movement. Use the sauna for relaxation.
