The Elixir Academy was established in 2012 as an educational institution, under which we organize an accredited Pilates, Health Physical Education and Yoga retraining course for future instructors, as well as training courses for not only instructors, but also enthusiasts and fans of healthy movement.

We provide advice on healthy lifestyle, offer massages and individual exercises aimed at eliminating back pain and other problems. We use the Computer Kinesiology diagnostic system and the COMGYM and CBG exercise systems. We provide individual shoe insole shaping, hair analysis.
