I will teach you how to get rid of a prolapsed intervertebral disc without the need for surgery, using exercises and awareness of your own body. I have created a solution procedure that will bring you back to an active life without limitations. I use the SM system, the McKenzie method, gentle strengthening exercises and the foam roller.
