We operate a restaurant in the style of an American motor restaurant. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, daily specials, burgers, beef ribs, pork and chicken wings.

Welcome to Koliba. We’ve been cooking with love and passion since 1969. Our restaurant has weathered the fall of the regime, the construction of the highway, and all the changes of the times, but one thing has remained the same—authentic Czech and Slovak cuisine made from local ingredients. Whether you’re going on a trip, driving a bus full of passengers, or just stopping by on your way.
