I offer individual, couples and family psychological counselling, therapy and crisis intervention. I focus primarily on interpersonal relationships, communication, personal growth and coping with challenging life situations for adults and children. Services are also offered to adults with Asperger's Syndrome.

I provide individual psychotherapy and counseling for adults and adolescents.

Psychotherapy for adults. If you are worried, feeling unwell or dealing with any issues that you don't know how to deal with, I would be happy to meet with you.

I offer individual therapy, in person and online. Most often I offer help in the following areas: relationship problems, depression, anxiety, fears, guilt, difficult life events (death of a loved one, job loss, divorce).

In everyone's life, there may be a difficult situation or problem that needs to be addressed. The important thing is not to be alone. With a broken leg we go to an orthopedist, with a broken soul we go to a psychotherapist.
