We are a non-governmental, non-profit organization. We provide help and support to people with disabilities, especially physical, mental and combined disabilities including autism.

We operate a community center for the family. We develop pro-social behavior, graphomotor function, communication skills or the acquisition of good hygiene habits through social and exercise games and clubs.

Provision of nursing and care services. Offer of personal assistance. Operation of a day centre for the handicapped or a low threshold facility for young people.

We function as a low-threshold facility for children and young people. We are authorized to carry out social and legal protection of children in the specified scope.

Main office. This location provides professional social counselling through the Counselling Centre for People in Need, as well as the Social Activation Service for Families with Children of St. Rita (SASrd St. Rita) and the Kompas Low Threshold Facility for Children and Youth (NZDM Kompas).

The day centre provides facilities for homeless people aged 18 and over. We offer the possibility of social counselling, personal hygiene, cooking meals, washing clothes, etc. The outreach programme is for homeless people, immigrants and asylum seekers and victims of crime aged 18 - 80.

We operate as a low-threshold facility for children and youth. We are authorized to perform social and legal protection of children in the specified scope.

The social rehabilitation service is for people with disabilities and people in crisis. You can use our services in groups or individually in the areas of finding a job, caring for your own person or household, learning new things, spending time actively, etc.

The operation of a low threshold facility that provides a safe environment, support, prevention and assistance to young people for the healthy development of their personality. We offer facilities for meaningful leisure time, provide information, help and support. We strive to offer and pass on positive values.

We want to be there for others and that's why we do these activities. We operate a low-threshold facility for children and youth, a Citizen's Counseling Center in Rychnov nad Kněžnou and Patmos Rychnov nad Kněžnou social activation service for the elderly and disabled.

If you are between 6 and 26 years old and want to go somewhere where someone has the time and inclination to listen to your problems and give you good advice, then nzdm Centrum 5 is for you. We have football, internet, board games, punching bags, darts and a place where you can write your homework or have a quiet chat.

We run a low-threshold facility for children and youth in an unfavourable social situation. We offer an outreach and outpatient service on weekdays. We support in the areas of social relationships, housing, work, learning, leisure, self-care and health.
