Majority provider of residential, outpatient and field social services for the elderly and disabled in the territory of the city of Pilsen.

Clients receive 24-hour care provided by social service workers and nurses. Regular medical care is provided by a team of specialists.

We provide people with hearing and combined disabilities with comprehensive support in the form of social services that facilitate their integration into society (social rehabilitation, professional social counselling and interpreting services). We operate throughout the Czech Republic both in the field and on an outpatient basis.

We help people aged 18 - 26 who have no social background or are in an unfavourable life situation. We provide accommodation, social counselling, psychological support to strengthen self-sufficiency in dealing with crisis situations.

Free expert social counselling in the areas of housing, interpersonal and employment relations, consumer protection, debt and more. We provide practical factual information - independent, confidential and impartial. We also offer accompaniment in dealings with the authorities and various institutions.

We strive to change the way we look at homelessness, destereotype the situation of people in need and build bridges between people across social classes.
