Independent association of legal and natural persons pursuing as a basic goal the development and improvement of the level of social services. We operate a low-threshold, safe space for anyone facing any kind of social hardship. Here, they can get initial guidance on who can help and how. Both citizens and, if applicable, professionals providing assistance can obtain basic information about the social welfare system at the center.

Prevention and treatment of addiction. Outpatient counselling - one-off consultations, short interventions, longer regular cooperation. Aftercare for abstainers after treatment, including supported accommodation. Since 1998, we have accompanied people on their journey of change. We also offer primary prevention.

The social service is intended for adults with reduced self-sufficiency who have a chronic mental illness (e.g. schizophrenia, manic-depressive illness), as a result of which they are unable to obtain long-term employment on the open or sheltered labour market.

We provide in the home for persons with disabilities according to § 48 (1) of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, residential services to persons who have reduced self-sufficiency due to disability, whose situation requires regular assistance of another natural person.

We provide professional social counseling to people 18 years of age and older who are facing difficult or crisis situations, as well as to families with children. We help them understand their situation, find appropriate solutions, and access follow-up assistance. We provide this service on an outpatient basis in Litoměřice as well as through outreach in the city and surrounding communities.

We provide specialist social counselling for the elderly, people in crisis, families with children, people without shelter or at risk of social exclusion or living in socially excluded communities or ethnic minorities.
