We offer workouts on modern machines and equipment for strength and cardio training, a functional zone, a wide range of group classes including Les Mills and professional facilities for healthy movement. Use the sauna, steam room or hot tub to relax.

Fitness center with professionally equipped gym, massage room, solarium, aerobics room, indoor cycling, cardio room and bar. Advice on proper exercise and nutrition is provided by FTVS graduates, doctors and professional trainers.

Acrobatic studio for children and adults - we teach pole dance, aerial silks, aerial hoop and basic gymnastics. We also offer plenty of space for self training within the open space and hall hire.
