We are a Czech company that offers commercial filing services, digitization of corporate documents, document and digital archiving, document shredding, filing room management and consulting in filing services. We own a data storage with document management system and a commercial filing system.

The activities of the department consist in providing the services of the mailroom and filing room, technical support for elections, implementation of eGovernment at the office, document management and their maintenance in systems, setting up processes and performing tasks related to quality and environmental management, GDPR and whistleblowing.

We offer a complete writing service for individuals and businesses. We deal with archiving of documents, arrangement of archives, shredding, scanning and digitization of documents, etc. We provide the possibility of cooperation on the basis of an order or a work contract.
