SMT Academy is a sports psychological and mental development centre for sports clubs, coaches, athletes and their parents. We believe that we can change the Czech sports environment for the better through quality mental preparation and mental training.

For more than 20 years, I have guided you (adults, youth, spouses, families) through challenging, crisis situations in life - psychological and relational difficulties, crises, athletic performance, addictions, and spiritual searching. I offer help with long term, short term and acute mental preparation before important events. I focus on the prevention of psychological problems. I improve individual and team performance for athletes, artists, managers and others working in stressful environments. I provide mental training.

I offer advice on the psychological preparation of athletes and teams for the European and World Championships and the Olympics and individual competitions. I carry out consultations with coaches. I organize seminars or workshops.

We offer psychotherapeutic and special education counselling.

Individual, couples and family counseling. Short term and systematic long term psychotherapeutic counselling. Graduated in education with a specialization in Ethnopedia. Completed five years of self-experiential training in integrative psychotherapy.

In our centre we provide clients with individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, supervision and mentoring. We offer an open approach to the client and respect for the problems they come with.

I focus on modern and practical sports psychology. I have been involved in the mental preparation of athletes for over ten years. I have worked with athletes during such successes as triumphs at tennis grand slams, medal successes at international championships and title wins.
