We offer an intensive conditioning training program for the general public and athletes based on the United States Army recruit camp.

The aim of the agency is to achieve a harmonious sporting environment that will nurture successful top athletes representing our country abroad, but also to support recreational athletes for whom movement is a relaxing activity in addition to school or work.
