The guesthouse is located in a secluded forest clearing below the dam of the Lipno dam. 7 apartments with a capacity of 24 beds and 14 extra beds, including a kitchenette. Each apartment has its own dressing room and bathroom with separate toilet. For sports and social activities there is a multi-purpose playground, a playground and a swimming pool.
