We offer group classes in jumping, spinning, alpinning, body shape, circuit training, TRX, exercise for seniors and children and nutritional advice. We provide sports programs for schools, daycares and businesses.

We organize children's camps, sports camps, outdoor schools and weekend stays. The recreational facility provides accommodation in cabins. There are modern sanitary facilities, a dining room, a restaurant, a clubhouse with a fireplace and a room for games and discos.

The recreational facility is located in the heart of the Highlands, right next to the Trnávka dam. There is a playground with artificial surface, outdoor pool, swings, sandpit, large trampoline. Accommodation is provided in a total of seven apartments - each apartment has its own entrance.
