Static calculations. I will assess cracks or deformations on the walls and ceilings of the building, changes in the layout of the apartment, the location of photovoltaic panels on the roofs. When buying a property, I will help with an idea of what can be devised in the subsequent reconstruction. I deal with masonry, timber, steel, concrete and foundations.

We repair structurally disturbed buildings, strengthen the foundations and subfoundations of the house. We fix cracked masonry of buildings, drill holes in slopes and retaining walls. We reinforce foundations for house superstructures, bridge foundations and in the stream. We have been in business for 24 years. Fast and clean work.

We carry out building surveys, mycological surveys, structural assessments and designs. Furthermore, grouting against moisture and water, remediation of masonry and wood against moisture and fungi, remediation of concrete and reinforced concrete structures including reinforcement, insulation with grouting and foils or static securing of building objects.

Design and structural office.

We are structural engineers, there are 20+ of us in our Prague office, 4 of us with authorization, we design load-bearing structures of buildings, we also prepare drawings of reinforcement. In addition to structural engineering, we also deal with the preparation of structural engineering surveys of buildings.

We offer structural design of concrete, steel and timber structures for civil, industrial and engineering buildings, reconstruction projects and structural assessments. We design foundations of machinery and foundations of buildings. We provide expert consultation in the field of statics and building dynamics.

Designs of road and railway bridges, footbridges, retaining walls, foundations in all stages of PD (DÚR, DSP, PDPS, RDS). Static and dynamic calculations of bridges (including determination of load capacity), civil engineering structures and ground structures. Preparation of workshop documentation of steel structures and bridges.

We are engaged in special foundation construction. We provide backfill and micro backfill, shotcrete and shotcrete or nailing. We also offer slope securing and remediation and core drilling.

Authorized engineer in the field of statics and dynamics of buildings. I offer development of assessments of existing buildings, review of structures, development of structural design documentation for permits and construction and structural consultation.
