Our main areas of expertise include design, engineering and construction. We work in certified systems according to ČSN EN ISO and place emphasis on quality, efficiency and long-term partnership with clients and suppliers. We handle each project individually with attention to functionality and detail.

I provide design of new structures and assessment of existing structures. I carry out design measures for accidents or reconstructions. I also provide author's supervision.

I am engaged in the preparation of structural assessments of building structures, preparation of project documentation of all stages (STUDY, DÚR, DSP, PDPS, RDS, DSPS). All for new buildings and repairs, rehabilitation and reconstruction. Carrying out main and extraordinary inspections of permanent and winter bridges and footbridges according to ČSN 73 6221.

I deal with statics and passporting of buildings. I prepare static assessments, structural parts of the documentation, building passports, documentation of the actual condition, static assessment of the condition of the building and other design work. I work mainly in the Central Bohemia Region, Prague and the Pilsen Region.

We design structural solutions for renovations and new constructions of residential and family houses. We prepare an assessment, arrange building permits and author's supervision of construction. We also focus on cracks, deflections, geotechnics and others. We also deal with optimizing dimensions and guaranteeing the reliability of the structure.
