I prepare assessments for the reconstruction of apartments and apartment cores, houses, loft extensions, additional openings in walls and ceilings, cracks and excessive deflections and more.

We provide design, consultancy and expert services in the construction industry, focusing on monuments and their reconstruction or static securing of buildings. We provide assessments of failures of existing buildings and structures including remediation designs, assessments of steel antenna masts and water towers.

I am engaged in the preparation of complete project documentation for construction in all stages and assessments of building structures. I specialize in the calculation and design or assessment of load bearing structures. I perform structural analysis and design of building structures of steel, wood, concrete and masonry.
