Projects and construction of houses. As standard we construct foundations with lying drains, waterproofing with insulation against medium radon, perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry made of Durisol, non-load-bearing partitions, ceiling construction and complete roof.

We produce ecopanels. We design and build family houses, turnkey wooden houses, passive houses and low-energy wooden houses. Ecopanels can be used for ceilings, wall cladding, partition walls, loft conversions.

We offer preparation of architectural studies, project documentation, production and delivery of reinforced concrete prefabricated structures for residential and civil construction. We carry out deliveries up to the stage of closed rough construction.

Family house projects - we design individual projects, type projects, energy-efficient and low-energy brick and prefabricated family houses (bungalow projects and bunk houses). We provide energy performance certificate, radon survey, geological and hydrogeological survey, fire report.

We realize wooden buildings made of solid wood. The walls of our houses consist of three layers of solid wood without embedded PVC (vapor barrier) foils. The panel itself is diffusion open. We can reduce the construction of the house to 5 months with perfect preparation before the start of the implementation.

Implementation of individual low-energy and passive wood buildings (Two by four) on a turnkey basis, or in various stages of construction according to your wishes and needs. We have been using diffusion open structure compositions for the realization of our houses since 2003.

We carry out surveying activities - geometric plans for the Land Registry, delineation of property boundaries, surveying of easements. Engineering surveying - delineation and surveying of buildings, surveying and preparation of special purpose maps, elevations, documents for projects.

We offer services for passport and building documentation including 3D scanning. You will receive a survey and subsequent digitization of the building.
