We arrange the new “Zelená úsporám Light +0%” loan and issue renovation certificates throughout the Czech Republic. We install blown-in insulation throughout the Czech Republic. We insulate flat roofs and facades in the local area and within a 100-km radius. The New Green Savings program covers up to 100% of the cost of insulating roofs and ceilings, as well as roof coatings. We repair insulation damaged by martens without dismantling the drywall or the roof.

We will prepare a study, project, handle the planning procedure, st. permits and arrange the implementation by one of the companies that specialize in wooden buildings, are reputable and have years of experience. They will build you a turnkey house or just a rough construction. You may want everything or just some of our services.

We are a construction company with our own design office that builds modern and practical homes. We pride ourselves on fair dealing and a high standard of comprehensive service. We will help you with land selection, financing, create a project, arrange building permits and build your dream house.

We carry out all modifications of paved areas of interlocking pavement - for example, pavements, roads, parking spaces, curbs, palisades, including all earthworks and subgrade preparation. Installation of interlocking pavements on a turnkey basis.

The real estate agency provides real estate sales and rentals, consulting, property management, property valuation for inheritance proceedings. We provide energy label of the building, appraisal, mortgage or loan and full legal service.
