I represent the investor during implementation in negotiations with the contractor of the whole or part of the work. I provide technical inspections of real estate and individual advice in case of purchase from a private owner or developer.

I provide building supervision (new construction and renovation of houses or buildings for business including technology, loft conversions, insulation of buildings, outdoor sewage and water supply). I provide all work related to the completion of the work, including the approval. I offer suggestions for the optimal solution or selection of a building contractor.
