We specialize in the construction of family houses (turnkey) - brick and wooden buildings. We build atypically (on request), not in series. We also build other objects (e.g. garages, workshops, etc.) on a turnkey basis. We also do reconstruction (interior and exterior), project work, building supervision, commercial and development buildings.

Property inspection - inspection of flat or house before purchase, acceptance of new buildings, advice for HOAs and cooperatives, energy performance certificates. We provide a detailed and professional property inspection to prevent unexpected costs for defect rectification.

We can build brick buildings and wooden buildings, but also buildings made of modern building materials. Our services include surveying, radon measurement, design, pedology, site surveying and securing the construction site, processing of all necessary permits to obtain a building permit up to the final approval. We will start construction within 10 days.

We provide comprehensive damp masonry remediation - insulation, waterproofing, masonry remediation, thermal insulation and remedial plastering. We offer complex masonry and excavation works. WTA authorisation for remediation. Our other work includes chemical grouting of masonry, moisture measurement of masonry or undercutting of masonry.
