Our small family-run design office has been on the market since 2011. We are dedicated to the design of buildings, i.e. houses, public and corporate buildings as well as water and sewer connections. We can also help our clients with securing the necessary permits from the authorities.

We offer property development and real estate services. We are engaged in the construction of houses and design and engineering activities. We provide real estate appraisals and construction supervision.

We provide technical supervision on construction sites. We provide complete works related to construction, reconstruction, construction consultancy, tenders, project documentation and statements of work. Furthermore, control of invoicing on construction sites and negotiations with the construction company ev. with state authorities.

The main activity of the company is the implementation of building supervision for the private and public sector. For investors we also provide complete technical and engineering activities at all stages of project implementation, from the preparation of the plan, utilization studies, provision and control of project documentation at all stages.
