Fish from Olšiny and another smaller Sumava pond, Dolanský, are offered year-round by the company's fishery. The local fish farms also offer their own fresh trout. The fishery is located in a picturesque Sumava village, 10 kilometres from the historic centre of Český Krumlov.

The association exercises fishing law, ensures the breeding, protection and catching of fish or environmental protection and develops and popularizes the sport of fishing. It also organises amateur, league and international competitions and issues fishing licences. All important information is given on our website.

We strive to restore and maintain stable forest ecosystems. We are involved in logging, farming and conservation. Our activities include hunting, ranger service, forest education, forest management and fisheries. We offer carp, tench, herbivorous and predatory fish and trout.

Our association is a professional grouping of freshwater fish farmers and processors, fisheries research, education and fishing associations. The entities of the association manage about 90 % of the pond areas used for fish farming and also contribute to the national production of marketable fish.
