The department focuses on work with families, activities for parents with children and preschool children. It guides through pregnancy (pregnancy exercises and courses), the early stages of parenthood (lactation counselling, exercise courses and baby counselling, groups for parents with young children) and more.

There is a well-equipped wheelchair accessible studio with professional guidance in the city centre at the Old Town Hall. Pleasant professional environment and good humour, tea and coffee served.
