We run an apprentice restaurant. In the kitchen we try to make sure that the students learn the complete preparation of food from production to dispatch.

Operation of the restaurant. You can enjoy Czech and Moravian cuisine, but also Mediterranean, South American, Mexican and Asian. Fans of meatless dishes will also find something to their liking.
