The brewery was established in 2013 and is located in a picturesque village at the foot of the central part of Brda. Lovers of hoppy beverage and certainly not only them will be pleased with the choice of several types of beer, which we produce according to our own recipes from water drawn directly from the Brda forests.

Production and sale of beer. We offer light beer 10, 11, 12, 14 and dark beer 10 degrees (pet, can, glass, kegs). Sale of bottled water 1,5, 0,5l, in gallons of 18,9 liters - still - baby, soft sparkling, sparkling. Sale of lemonades of various flavours (raspberry, pineapple, lemon).

Beer was brewed in the picturesque surroundings below the fortress as early as the middle of the 16th century. We are thus continuing a more than four hundred year tradition of brewing in the village. We brew using the original method without filtration and pasteurization, using only original brewing ingredients. The portfolio includes bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers.

We run a flying craft microbrewery. You can usually find us at festivals between Liberec, Prague and Pardubice. We also have our own e-shop where you can order beer. We create craft beers of many varieties from Sour, to ALE, Wheat, Stout to our award winning premium Czech Lezak SATURN 12°.

We run a restaurant. We offer traditional Czech cuisine, our own beer, desserts, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The brewery has been producing Bakalář brand beer using classic Czech technology since 1454. It offers the following types of beer: Bakalář pale lager cold hopped, B. non-alcoholic, B. dark ten, B. light ten, B. cut ten, B. honey special, Rakovar, Velikonoční speciál and Pražačka and Černovar beers.

We operate a family run microbrewery. Our beer is brewed using the traditional method from Czech ingredients. It is then fermented in open fermentation vats and aged in the lager cellar.

Delivery of beer Ferdinand in Prague and its surroundings. For more than 125 years the brewery has prided itself on high quality. The beer is brewed according to traditional production methods, i.e. brewhouse, taproom, cellar. It offers a total of 14 bottom-fermented lagers, including unfiltered specials.
