Zeman's Cafe and Patisserie is the longest running and last truly First Republic cafe you can find in Brno. Its history dates back to 1936 and since then we have been preparing fresh cakes and sweet pastries every day according to recipes that our grandmothers enjoyed.

We accept orders for cakes or Christmas sweets. We accept cash and QR code payments.

In our family confectionery we bake not only birthday cakes, but also wedding cakes according to your requirements and wishes. We can print any image or logo on macaroons and gingerbread. Our offer also includes mini cakes, monoporce, cakes, frgal, Christmas and wedding sweets. We always use premium ingredients.

We offer handmade homemade and custom made cakes, desserts, Christmas, wedding and vegan sweets. All production is preservative free, using home made quality ingredients with no substitutes or colourings. We bake according to traditional and modern recipes. Ordering on request from clients or hotels, restaurants and companies.

We offer homemade confectionery baked according to old family recipes. We use only quality and fresh ingredients to produce our delicacies, thus guaranteeing its unmistakable premium taste. We prefer personal contact when ordering.

We are a small family-run pastry shop with a tradition since 1920. We bake artisan cakes and pastries. We make our own artisan ice cream according to Italian recipes and honest traditional sandwiches. You can have a selection of coffee in our garden right on the square by the fountain overlooking the castle.
