Capo Cuoco is a modern gastronomic project from Olomouc focused on catering for weddings, corporate and cultural events and private celebrations. We create original menus inspired by Italy and modern gastronomy - from classic buffet to fine dining. We also offer catering consultancy and concepts for businesses.

The late Renaissance building from the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries offers visitors a truly varied experience. You can enjoy a tour of the historic interiors with unique period features, see interesting exhibitions and displays, entertain the children in the castle's playroom or stroll through the renowned English park.

We run a restaurant.

We specialize in designing small celebrations, ceremonies, family weddings (up to 30 people), intimate weddings (up to 10 people), or even weddings for just two. There are no limits to the imagination. We will take care of the complete coordination. Do not hesitate to arrange a consultation and tour. We will prepare customized packages for you.

We offer accommodation for 70 guests in hotel type rooms. In close proximity there is a ski area with two illuminated lifts, a relaxation centre, two large conference halls and a floodlit playground. We also organize weddings and celebrations and various corporate events.

The family business was established in 2006. In summer the restaurant attracts with a green garden with a playground and facilities for cyclists. Our food is perfectly cooked, the menu is dominated by specialties with local flavor and aroma of local Haná. We can make homemade lemonades, desserts and professionally tap Pilsner Urquell and Radegast beer.

Restaurant with an unusual interior in castle style and a unique view of the town and Šternberk Castle and the castle garden. Wood in combination with stone will guarantee you an unusual experience not only during a romantic dinner, but also at a business lunch.
