Pátek Castle was originally a summer palace built between 1544 and 1557 by John the Younger of Lobkowitz, one of the richest noblemen in the Czech Kingdom. It is one of the first purely Renaissance buildings in Bohemia. Towards the end of the 17th century it was rebuilt in Baroque style and surrounded by a farmyard.

Staré Ždánice Chateau, the former residence of Ždánice millers from 1877, later rebuilt by Baron Nathaniel Philippe de Aras into a romantic chateau. The chateau is open to the public during cultural events and guided tours.

The Museum of the Bohemian Countryside, a branch of the National Museum of Agriculture, is housed in Kačina Castle, one of the most important Empire buildings in the Czech Republic. Litoměřice Castle is a former Gothic royal castle, which was part of the city walls. It has been protected as a cultural monument since 1964 and is one of the oldest buildings in Litoměřice. The heart of the castle is the wine exposition. There is also an exhibition of Felix Holzmann and an exposition of Litoměřice brewing.

Židlochovice Castle is one of the best preserved hunting castles in Europe and together with the historic pheasantry and deer preserves it creates a unique hunting complex, continuing the centuries-old hunting tradition of this area.

The castle is one of the oldest castles in Bohemia and is still owned by the Sternberg family, who founded it in 1241. Originally a Gothic castle, it was rebuilt several times, especially in the Baroque period, when its interiors took on an almost castle-like appearance. The tour of the castle takes about 50 minutes.
