In particular, I provide the following legal services: drafting and revision of contracts (e.g. purchase, gift, lease, work contracts), real estate transfers including escrow, family law (divorce, child custody, maintenance, property), debt recovery, representation before courts including inheritance proceedings.

In particular, I offer my practical experience for easier handling of life situations - criminal law, law (civil, labour, family, real estate, inheritance, property), gift contracts, purchase contracts including attorney's escrow, neighborhood disputes, misdemeanors, foreclosures and insolvency.

The law firm focuses on real estate contracts (especially the preparation of gift, purchase and lease agreements), together with securing safe custody of the purchase price when selling real estate and family law (divorce, adjustment of relations with minor children and property settlement).
