We offer you comprehensive legal services focused on family law, civil litigation and drafting your contracts. We emphasize a human approach and strive first and foremost to negotiate an agreement, which is why we also offer mediation services, i.e. assisted negotiation, within our office.

Our law and insolvency office provides legal services in all areas of law, we also prepare insolvency proposals for debt relief and bankruptcy, process creditor applications for insolvency proceedings, deal with debt recovery, provide advice on the liquidation of commercial companies.

In particular, I provide the following legal services: drafting and revision of contracts (e.g. purchase, gift, lease, work contracts), real estate transfers including escrow, family law (divorce, child custody, maintenance, property), debt recovery, representation before courts including inheritance proceedings.
