We ferment fruit vinegars and revive the tradition of using mulberries, which were formerly grown here for the needs of silkworm breeding and silk production in the Rangherka Chateau. The vinegars are produced by natural fermentation in wooden vats and barrels. We are happy to receive visitors, but only by prior arrangement.

Production and sale of bakery and confectionery products. We offer bread, baguettes, English rolls, chocolate brownies, chocolate banana, doughnuts and cheesecakes. Delicacies include potato stuffed pancakes, cheese and ham brioche and farmhouse bagels. We sell desserts such as Indians, coconuts and slices.
