Operation of the Italian cheese shop and Deli-tree wine shop in the centre of Jáchymov. It offers Italian sheep, cow and goat cheese, selected cold cuts, authentic Italian pasta, sauces, sweets, savoury treats, fresh pastries. Selected wines from Italy and Moravia, 13 types of wines on draught and 4 sparkling wines.

On the farm, in the cheese factory, we produce twenty types of cheese, using milk from the Horňácko micro-region. You can order on the e-shop or by phone.

TonKa - cheese factory on the farm is a family organic farm with dairy cows and own production of dairy products. We mainly produce gouda cheese and have a self-service shop in the yard for the public.
