The cheeses made in our cheese factory are free of preservatives and dyes. Hand production allows for gentle handling of both the cheese grain during production and the individual cheeses. We also offer cold cuts and meat products made from the trimming of lamb.

A family farm and cheese farm focused on cow's milk production. Jersey cows are raised outdoors all year round. We offer cow's milk, cottage cheese, fresh and aged cheeses. Cheeses can be purchased in the 24/7 self-serve refrigerator on the farm, milk must be ordered in advance.
